Saving the post office – one biker at a time?

The Mail on Sunday’s Toby Walne will be travelling the UK to save under-used post offices by visiting them on what looks like a very plush BMW. The logic seems a bit random – but maybe this is a cunning plan by Mr Walne to get his biking subsidised by work.
